This is my first blog thing. So... how'm I doing so far?

This is a picture of my "office."
The Boeing 777 is the coolest jet I've ever flown. Takeoff weight up to 640,000 pounds, it can fly over 7000 miles without air refueling (which is good, since it has no ability to air refuel); Its wings are 200 feet from tip to tip, and the body is just over 200 feet long.

This is a shot of the back of the house, with the new paint. We've still got a lot of details to finish, but it's mostly done. Come and see... you'll like it lots better in person.

I want to post pictures from my travels, and recently bought a small Canon "Elph," which is small enough to take anywhere. I went to Osaka, Japan the 7th - 9th of August, so here are some of the local scenes:

This is the Japanese World Trade Center, which is just across the street from our hotel. Built in 1995, it is the second tallest building in Japan.

This is a day-care center. I thought the bus looked pretty cool, with what appears to be the facial features of a cat.

A little trademark infringement, maybe?

A lot of signs have English, but not always very good translations.

This is a cute, tiny little delivery truck. If you can zoom in, the words on the side (in English) say: "Healthy & Calorie Off"
